What to know about this venue
Caesars Forum is a conference building first, so most of what we deliver there is for meeting rooms, ballroom breakouts and sponsor booths in the Forum Plaza and pre function areas. The pillarless ballrooms are big open RF environments, which is good news for wireless mics and for our kits.

How delivery works at the Caesars Forum
Send us the show, hall and booth number. We check the RF picture for that spot, confirm your exhibitor manual allows an independent internet kit, and deliver during your move in window with the network name and password printed inside the lid. On day one we re check once the floor fills up. After close on the last day we pick everything up, so there is no freight, no drayage and nothing to ship back.
