What to know about this venue
The LVCC is the biggest floor in town and the one where venue internet pricing bites hardest. The house provider sells exhibitor WiFi per device and localized booth hotspots by user count, and the West Hall and the Loop stations add distance between the dock and your booth. Our kits are tuned for the LVCC's in building cellular systems and we deliver to the booth during your move in window.
Typical LVCC booth order
- Booth internet kit, $40/day: bonded multi carrier 5G with your own private WiFi and wired ports for demo gear
- Laptop or MacBook Air for demos and lead capture, from $60/day
- Two channels of coordinated Shure wireless for presentations, $300/day
- Laser printer on the booth network, from $75/day
- Delivery to the booth during move in, pickup after close, support through show hours
How delivery works at the LVCC
Send us the show, hall and booth number. We check the RF picture for that spot, confirm your exhibitor manual allows an independent internet kit, and deliver during your move in window with the network name and password printed inside the lid. On day one we re check once the floor fills up. After close on the last day we pick everything up, so there is no freight, no drayage and nothing to ship back.
Exhibitor internet at the LVCC vs a kit
Venue internet in Las Vegas is sold per show, per device, through a contracted provider. Our pricing guide lays the published numbers next to ours. The short version: most three day shows come in under one shared venue WiFi login, and the connection belongs to your booth rather than to every badge in the building.
Questions about the Las Vegas Convention Center
How much does booth internet cost at the Las Vegas Convention Center?
It varies by show. Published exhibitor materials have listed localized booth hotspots at $2,200 for up to 10 users and shared exhibitor WiFi around $745 for one device plus a fee per extra device. Our LVCC booth kit is $40 per day for the equipment plus a data package quoted for your show, delivered and set up. See the full comparison at our pricing guide.
Can I bring my own internet into the LVCC?
In most halls, yes. Exhibitors can generally use a temporary internet solution independent of the venue network. We check your show's exhibitor manual before we ship and set the kit up so it does not interfere with the hall.
Which halls do you cover at the LVCC?
All of them: North, Central, South and West Hall, plus the outdoor lots used for shows like SEMA and ConExpo. We confirm the RF picture for your exact hall and booth number before the kit ships.
Do you deliver to the booth or to the advance warehouse?
To the booth, during your move in window, and we pick it up after close on the last day. No drayage, no shipping labels, no waiting at the dock.
Build an order and tell us your booth number. We confirm coverage for your exact spot at the LVCC before anything ships.
