School WiFi and temporary internet
Campus WiFi rarely reaches the field, the parking lot or the hotel ballroom where the district meeting landed. Our booth internet kit is a bonded multi carrier 5G router with a private WiFi network, $40 per day. The outdoor kit adds a satellite terminal, $55 per day. Both are pre tested, delivered and set up. Good for esports events, registration days, book fairs, fundraisers and off campus conferences.

Questions from schools
How much does a school sound system rental cost in Las Vegas?
The graduation and assembly package is $1,200 per day: two Bose L1 towers, an Allen and Heath CQ-12T mixer, two channels of Shure SLX-D wireless, cable and stands, delivered, set up and struck. Just need wireless mics into your own system? Two channels are $300 per day. Larger productions are quoted.
Can you handle a school musical with a lot of wireless headsets?
Yes. That is the job we are built for. We coordinate every frequency for your auditorium before load in, the same way we do for broadcast and festival work, so twelve headset mics and the intercom all run clean. Tell us the cast size and we quote it.
Do you deliver to Clark County schools?
Yes. CCSD campuses, charter and private schools, UNLV, CSN and Nevada State. We deliver throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas, set up before your call time and pick up after. We can work with a purchase order.
The WiFi doesn't reach the football field. Can you fix that for one night?
Yes. Our outdoor kit pairs a satellite terminal with a bonded multi carrier 5G router, $55 per day, so ticket scanning, streaming and a scoreboard laptop all stay online on the field or in the parking lot.
Do you provide a technician?
Setup, a sound check and strike are included. A technician to run the show is available by the hour. Ask when you book.
Can families with hearing loss use something during the ceremony?
Yes. Our ListenWIFI package streams the ceremony audio to receivers with earbuds and to a free phone app, which covers ADA assistive listening for commencements and assemblies. $550 per week with four receivers, extra receivers $30 each.
