Every hall has its own radio environment: in building carrier systems, house WiFi shared by tens of thousands of badges, hundreds of wireless mics and LED walls all sharing the air. Our kits are vetted and coordinated to work at all major convention centers and venues, and we deliver and pick up at venues around Las Vegas and across the United States.
Why it works everywhere
- Multi carrier bonding. The kit joins several cellular carriers into one connection and shifts traffic to whichever is strongest at your booth, automatically. If one carrier is congested when the doors open, you do not notice.
- Your own private WiFi, 6 GHz capable. Your booth network sits above the crowded bands the attendee WiFi and everyone's hotspots are fighting over.
- Coverage checked before the show. We confirm the RF picture for your specific hall and booth location before the kit ships, and re check on the morning of day one once the floor is full.
- Frequency coordinated wireless. Mics are planned against the venue's real spectrum picture, the same way we coordinate festivals and broadcast events, so your presenter is not stepped on mid pitch.
- Sealed, tested, labeled. Every kit is burned in under load, labeled with your booth number and ships with the network name and password printed inside the lid.
Where we deliver
We deliver, set up and pick up at venues around Las Vegas ourselves, and the rates include it. Everywhere else in the United States, kits ship by freight with setup instructions inside the lid and a direct line to the people who built them. Convention centers, hotel ballrooms, meeting rooms, outdoor activations and festival grounds all work; if you are unsure about a location, call and we will tell you straight.
What to send us
Venue, hall, booth number and show dates. That is all we need to check coverage and come back with a confirmed order, usually the same day.

Do you deliver outside Las Vegas?
Yes. We deliver and pick up at venues around Las Vegas and across the United States. Outside Las Vegas kits ship by freight with instructions in the lid and phone support for the length of the show.
Is bringing our own internet allowed at trade shows?
Exhibitors routinely bring their own cellular connectivity. Our kits run on carrier networks and broadcast a private WiFi network for your booth. If your show has specific rules, tell us and we work within them.
What if the hall is congested on day one?
The kit bonds several carriers and shifts to whichever is strongest, and we re check your kit the morning the doors open. In Las Vegas someone is on the floor or minutes away for the length of the show.
