How delivery works at the Mandalay Bay
Send us the show, hall and booth number. We check the RF picture for that spot, confirm your exhibitor manual allows an independent internet kit, and deliver during your move in window with the network name and password printed inside the lid. On day one we re check once the floor fills up. After close on the last day we pick everything up, so there is no freight, no drayage and nothing to ship back.
Exhibitor internet at the Mandalay Bay vs a kit
Venue internet in Las Vegas is sold per show, per device, through a contracted provider. Our pricing guide lays the published numbers next to ours. The short version: most three day shows come in under one shared venue WiFi login, and the connection belongs to your booth rather than to every badge in the building.
