Showfloor Wireless is a Las Vegas rental company operated by Eighty32 Show Tech LLC and Rockstar Show Services, 3725 W Teco Ave #8, Las Vegas, NV 89118. Questions about this policy go to sales@vegasshowfloorwireless.com or 702-907-4762.

• What you give us. Name, company, email, phone, show and venue, booth number, dates, and anything you type into a quote or order form, an email, a lead form on LinkedIn or another platform, or a phone call.
• What our site collects automatically. Standard web analytics (Google Analytics 4): pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you got here. We do not use this to identify you personally.
• What our kits collect. Our routers log device counts and bandwidth so we can support you during the show. We do not inspect or store the content of your traffic.

• To quote, confirm, deliver, support and invoice your rental.
• To follow up about your order and, if you've asked for it or rented from us before, to let you know about shows and kits that might be useful. Every email has an unsubscribe link and you can reply "stop" to any text.
• To run the website and keep it working.

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the people who help us run the business: payment processors, email and form providers, our analytics provider, and delivery crews from Eighty32 Show Tech and Rockstar Show Services. If a venue or show organizer requires exhibitor contact details for a delivery pass, we share only what they ask for.

The site uses Google Analytics cookies and the usual ones needed for forms to work. Lead forms on LinkedIn, Google or Meta are covered by those platforms' policies as well as ours. You can block cookies in your browser and the site still works.

Order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years. Quote requests that don't turn into orders for up to two years. Analytics data per Google's default retention.

• Ask us what we have about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@vegasshowfloorwireless.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email any time with the link at the bottom of each message.
• Nevada residents: we do not sell personal information as defined under NRS 603A, and you may direct us not to in the future by emailing the address above.

Data lives with reputable hosted providers behind encryption and access controls. No system is perfect, so if something goes wrong we'll tell affected customers promptly. Our services are for businesses and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use your information will be emailed to active customers.
